Who are you calling on behalf of?
The brand you ordered from. Wellness Coaching Department is the coaching and customer care team for the supplement and wellness brands we work with. Your coach will always name the brand at the start of the call.
Is this a sales call?
The call is about your order and your goal. If another product or a coaching program would genuinely help, your coach may suggest it. You are never obligated, and saying no does not affect your order in any way.
How do I stop calls or texts?
Tell your coach on the call, reply STOP to any text, or email info@wellnesscoachingdep.com. We remove your number the same day.
Do your coaches give medical advice?
No. Our coaches share the brand's approved product information and help you stay on track. For medical questions, please talk to a qualified healthcare provider.
I have a problem with my order. Can you help?
Yes. Email us or use the contact form with your name and the brand you ordered from, and we will help sort it out or connect you with the right team.
